A phone call with us will always end with a request to send all questions and information by email. From here, the machine is set in motion. We arrange the availability of our musicians and prepare a full quote as soon as possible.

Although our fees are fairly fixed, we believe it is important to think along with our clients when it comes to finances. We ensure that the party goes ahead and that all agreements are recorded in a legally sound contract.

Once the contract is signed, the logistics are set in motion. You call our technician, Bas Rosenboom. Bas knows better than anyone how to create a schedule that works for everyone. What gear is needed? When does it need to be quiet? When does the band eat? How quickly do we set up/take down? Bas has the answer to all these questions.

We ensure that you don't have to worry about a thing during the party. The party is in full swing; there is dancing, laughter, and sometimes tears, although we try to keep the latter to a minimum.

The exact travel expenses are calculated afterwards, and then our financial singer (Tanna) ensures that the invoice is sent. Once everything is settled, we will give you a quick follow-up call to ask if everything went as planned.
